FAQ and how to order
How do I create an account?
Open Signup and use a current partner’s 6-digit referral code. After the first login you must set your own password. The referral code stays as your username.
How do I order?
Log in, open Shop, add bottles or boxes, then Checkout. Pay via BPI using the account shown on the payment page, then upload a screenshot or type the reference number.
Do agents get a discount on boxes?
Yes. Customers buy bottles only at ₱1,000 each. After admin approves agent status, Shop unlocks boxes at ₱950 / ₱900 / ₱850 per bottle for 1 / 2 / 3 boxes.
Where do I see my order status?
Open Orders. Status moves from pending to paid, approved, shipped, then delivered after admin reviews the proof and adds courier tracking.
How do payouts work?
Request a withdrawal from the dashboard. Track it under Payout status: pending, processing, sent, or rejected. Admin marks it sent after the transfer.
How do I invite someone?
On the dashboard, copy your referral link and send it. The new customer’s signup form will keep your code as their sponsor.
